Frequently Asked Questions
Sara Sells is a once-a-month warehouse sale offering new, high-quality furniture, lighting, and home decor with prices up to 60% off retail. We have three locations - NASHVILLE (College Grove, TN), MEMPHIS (Eads, TN), and BIRMINGHAM (Birmingham, AL). We have plenty of parking at all locations. The line forms outside, so dress weather appropriately. Our doors open on Saturday at 8 am.
At Saturday in-person sales, there is a local coffee truck that will begin serving at 7am.
In the warehouse, we have both large and small items. You are welcome to bring a bag or basket to carry your small items. We are also happy to hold them at the register with a name. To purchase larger pieces, stand next to the piece and raise your hand and wait for a mobile cashier to assist you.
**Please do not pull tags off items in the warehouse.
We do not offer pre-sales or appointments prior to sale weekend - we want to give everyone the same opportunity to shop on sale day.

We accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards.
We have multiple but limited quantities in our back warehouse.
If an item sells out during the in-person sale, ask a team member if it can be special-ordered.
Yes! Delivery is available for all locations. The delivery fee is based on mileage and number of pieces purchased. Delivery is available to purchase on sale weekend, during sale hours only.

Yes, we offer alternate pickup days at all locations, Wednesday-Friday between 10am-3pm. No appointment is necessary. Pull up to the designated pickup area at each location. Items need to be picked up within 2 weeks.
If items are not picked up within two weeks, a gift card will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
All opened, unboxed items must be inspected before leaving Sara Sells property. Any item in a box must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving. All damages must be reported within 48 hours to Sara Sells team. In the event of a damage, customers are responsible for the transportation of the item to and from the original location.
We attend multiple furniture markets each year putting orders in for new-to-market pieces. That combined with developing and manufacturing our own products gives us a new variety each month. We blend the new finds with best-selling favorites to bring you fresh looks at each sale!
Our sale occurs one weekend a month at each of our locations (Saturday is in-person. Sunday is online only).
Yes, you can purchase a gift card during our in-person sales.
All sales are final so please inspect your merchandise carefully before purchasing.
